As a body psychotherapist at SATORI-KYS, I have come to understand that our bodies are not just physical entities but vessels that hold immense wisdom. This wisdom goes beyond what we can see and touch; it’s deeply connected to the unseen energies and frequencies that shape our reality. Through my therapeutic approach, which integrates the principles of quantum physics, I guide my clients in understanding the profound link between their internal experiences and the external world.
Quantum physics teaches us that everything is made of energy at the most fundamental level. This energy vibrates at various frequencies, influencing the material world and how we experience it. Similarly, our body-mind system functions as a transmitter of information, constantly interacting with the energies around us. Our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations create an energetic field that shapes our perception of reality.
We must first understand and align ourselves with these energetic frequencies to change our reality. That’s why I work with my clients through five key stages of awareness, each of which plays a pivotal role in transforming their lives.
1. Self-Awareness: Understanding Who We Are and Who the Environment Is
The first step in Reality and Quantum Physics: A Therapeutic Approach toward creating change is to become fully aware of who we are at our core and who the environment is around us. This stage is about recognising the distinction between our inner and external worlds. We can shift our perspective by understanding that we are not merely passive recipients of life’s events but active participants in creating our experiences.
In quantum physics, the observer effect shows us that observation influences the outcome. When we are aware of our thoughts, feelings, and surroundings, we take on the observer role, allowing us to become more intentional in how we interact with our environment. This understanding empowers us to be creators of our reality rather than victims.
2. Our Reality and Quantum Physics: A Therapeutic ApproachEmotional Awareness: Knowing Myself and My Emotions
Our emotions are a fundamental part of our energetic makeup. At this stage, it’s essential to understand how we feel and how our emotions activate our energy and influence our actions. Emotional awareness is about becoming deeply conscious of what triggers us, understanding our emotional responses, and knowing where we want to go emotionally.
Certain beliefs about myself are necessary to enhance this awareness. I believe that my emotions are not just reactions but signals that guide me toward better understanding myself. I think that each emotion I experience carries valuable information, teaching me about my needs, desires, and areas of growth. I also believe that my emotions have the power to shape my reality. I can consciously direct them towards growth, healing, and self-discovery by recognising their influence on my energy.
In quantum physics, the principle of superposition suggests that particles can exist in multiple states until they are observed. Similarly, my emotional state can shift in numerous directions based on my awareness and the energy I focus on. By tuning into my emotions and recognising their power, I can consciously align myself with the frequencies that support my personal growth and well-being, ensuring that my emotional state becomes an ally in creating the reality I desire.

3. Embodiment: Embodying the Change
The next stage, Embodiment, focuses on integrating the mind and body. Our bodies hold the energetic patterns of past experiences, emotions, and traumas. To change our reality, we must learn to release these patterns and embody the change we wish to create.
Quantum physics tells us that energy cannot be destroyed; it can only be transformed. Similarly, the energy stored in our bodies can be transformed through conscious awareness and intentional movement. I help my clients release stored emotions and create new, healthier, energetic patterns through deep tissue massage, body psychotherapy, and other somatic practices.
4. Determination and Consistency: Adopting New Features
Change requires awareness, determination, and consistency. This stage is about adopting the new features we want to embody and staying committed to them. In quantum terms, this is where we collapse the wave function of possibilities into the reality we choose to experience.
We align our energy with those desired outcomes by consistently focusing on the positive changes we want to make. This consistent effort, combined with clarity of purpose, helps us anchor new habits, behaviours, and emotional responses that aremore aligned with our true selves.
5. Maintain the Position of the Observer: Detachment from Results
Finally, maintaining the observer's position is crucial. As much as we strive for change, we must not become overly attached to the results. By staying detached from the outcome, we allow ourselves the freedom to flow with the energy of life without being constrained by expectations or fear of failure.
Uncertainty is a fundamental principle in quantum physics. Letting go of attachment to outcomes opens up space for infinite possibilities. When we observe our progress without clinging to it, we free ourselves to experience life as it unfolds, trusting that everything aligns with our highest good.
Through these five stages of awareness, I guide my clients to shift their reality by connecting deeply with their body and mind and understanding the quantum nature of existence. By becoming aware of the energetic frequencies that shape our experiences, we gain the power to create a reality that consciously reflects our true essence. As a transmitter of information, the body holds the key to unlocking our potential and living an authentic, fulfilling life.
